This policy applies only to purchases made on www.bharatorganics.coop and does not apply to offline stores or third-party platforms.
Return & Refund Eligibility
Returns and refunds are accepted only in the following cases:
- Wrong item delivered
- Product received in damaged condition
- Product received past its expiry date
Additional conditions:
- Return or refund requests must be raised within 2 days of receiving the product
- Products must be unused and returned in original packaging
- All requests are subject to quality inspection

Return Pickup Process
- Once approved, Bharat Organics will arrange the return pickup
- Return pickup is scheduled within 2โ4 working days
- Customers are requested not to self-ship products unless advised by our support team
Refund Processing
- Refunds are initiated after the returned product is received and inspected
- Customers will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection
- Refund timelines may vary based on payment method and quality clearance
Refund Method
Prepaid Orders
- Refunds are credited to the original mode of payment or bank account
- Processing time: 7โ8 business days after quality inspection
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- Cash refunds are not permitted
- Approved refunds are issued only as an e-voucher / coupon code
- Voucher can be redeemed on the next purchase at www.bharatorganics.coop
- Vouchers are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash
Important Notes
- Returns are not accepted for taste preference or change of mind
- Refunds cannot be processed to third-party bank accounts
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or handling after delivery are not eligible
- Self-shipped items lost or damaged in transit are not eligible
